Service here is garbage. Been waiting for 10 mins inside to put in an order and still waiting as I'm writing this review.
The food is ok most of the time. The associates are always in a bad mood and talk very unprofessional. (We can here you at the speaker when your talking smack with your mic on) the lobby is supposed to be open at 6 am I drive an hour to work every morning and stop here for breakfast before going into work. It would be a great service to your customers if tour lobby is open during regular business hours. They parking lot is always littered with trash.

Got a mobile order on Sat 8/30 at 9:30 am to pick up via drive thru. Lady was literally in the parking lot and asked me to park in front of the door and gave me the coldest sandwiches ever. I know this is not a 5 star restaurant but I always get at least a warm sandwich with melted cheese

They always make mistakes. We asked for non spicy and they gave us spicy one for the kids. They couldn't eat but we couldn't return it either cause we were far away

Very rude staff. I am surprised this place is still in business. The front staff need to be replaced with people that can communicate with out being rude and slinging people's food around. If you hate your job that bad don't take it out on other people. Hire people with class, not trash please.

They were really busy as it was lunch time. Service quality when down I believe because some of the workers felt rushed. Food was made correctly though and overall was an okay experience.

I asked for a salad. Nope, so salads. I then compromised and asked for a medium fry… nope, no fries. I even asked for a frosty and was still told no. FINALLY, I asked for the chili, and they actually had it. Upon tasting it though, I wanted to vomit. It was nothing but grease and tomato sauce with maybe 6 or 7 beans in it. Absolutely ridiculous.
Took my mom because she's from buffalo and she absolutely LOVED it! The food is amazing and tastes just like it does in buffalo, my mom and I will be back a lot!!

To anybody that has not visited a Wendy's in a while now they have an AI menu which is really by the way. Extremely irritating and let me just tell you can we throw it off a really tall Cliff because that's how irritating it is and when you get up to the drive-thru window to pay you've got four people standing there. So tell me why was it so hard for somebody to take an order and they have this new screen trying to be an AI assistant. Are they really just there for the paycheck and then the food was crappy? They couldn't give me a receipt. I get home and I got cold fries cold sandwich. The freaking chicken sandwich had grizzle in it. So yeah I paid. Paid a lot of money for a piece of grizzle running through my chicken sandwich. Yay! I'm so thrilled. Yeah never again not going to that Wendy's I'm not knocking on Wendy's but definitely not going to this Wendy's ever again. Y'all suck... And furthermore, as a customer these days going through these drive-thrus you pretty much have to say to them. Hey, have a great night. Hey, come again. Come see us again. We're glad you came and ate at our restaurant. Yeah because they have no kind of politeness or any kind of common courtesy... As I said, people are pretty much just there for the paycheck.... Really sad!!!!!!

AI agent in the drive through was very incompetent and saying that they didn't have things on the menu even though they did, we didn't get the sauces we ordered and the burgers weren't great either
