Credit card got charged here in Florida when I’m in MA, when I called the store the manager didn’t know what happened and couldn’t even respond kept saying he couldn’t hear me. Be aware and don’t eat hear, sounds like a scam is going on.

food is always at least a 45 minute wait regardless of the time you order. my chicken sadnwhich was cold and my fries were stale

I must admit this place has come a long way in a short time, I used to frequent this location more but have sporadically due to poor experience, not necessarily food related but just overall. You really dont want to make a hassle out of an hour lunchbreak. You can see the changes they are implementing with holding themselves accountable for the wait times and the hustle when it gets going. They are making strides to better the overall experience for us as customers, it's very apparent from 6 months ago to now. I'm not sure if it's new management or what but they are definitely better managing the once chaotic eatery. I hated placing orders online and started going in store which was touch and go. Some cashiers wouldn't even look up from their phone to greet you - I had a really great albeit short encounter with a woman and gentlemen that I think were managers, Geoffrey and Keianna (I should have written that day because they told me their names but I could be wrong) They were going over something near the drink machine with regards to ensuring it was up to par, the gentleman was preparing to take over for the day and they interrupted themselves to ask how I was, It makes a huge difference! I often stand there just looming over the counter but You can tell they are a part of the positive changes happening at this location. I look forward to returning when I'm back down that way for work.
P.S. Parking is tough, they should designate some dine in spots not just the short term ones.
