The bone in wings were horrible. These were thee worst I've ever had. It was tasteless...no seasoning skin on it looked like wrinkled uncooked skin. The fries over cooked. The only thing that was good was my lemonade. My dog literally wouldnt eat it.

Cashier was rude and didn’t want to hand me an already made DoorDash order sitting on counter behind her. Considering I was waiting for 15min already because the staff at this location is slower than glacier melt, I just left. Food was wasted and customer had a bad experience because that order was never reassigned. Treat Dashers like trash and get lost revenue in return, should be a simple equation to understand.

I ordered through their app it says get a free chicken sandwich with a $10 purchase it charged me for the chicken sandwich plus my whole order I told them about it and he said it will be credited back I never received a credit back and I also sent the message through the app and they never responded back I feel like I've been robbed cuz not only I paid for a chicken sandwich I really didn't want I was just going to try it it was terrible The chicken sandwiches are not worth the money they just need to stick with wings and maybe order some bigger meteor wings cuz some of them are so tiny I was wondering if they're getting them from baby chickens I don't know if I'll be ordering anytime soon at Wingstop maybe let you chickens grow up

I did not get my blue cheese dressing and when I called back to get credit for it they never gave me credit for it. I will not patronize this place for awhile. Maybe some of these young people will leave and they may get some workers who will pay more attention to what they are doing.

There were a few people in there tonight. I was greeted the second i walked in the door! They asked my name and I was handed my online order along with my cup. The food was hot, boneless chicken wings were NOT DRY AND THE SEASONED FRENCH FRIES ARE TO DIE FOR! I’m not sure what they put on them but they were delicious with a hint of spicy sweet! A must! Thank you at Brandon Wingstop!

Ask for lemon pepper and I said, I don't want The Dry rub, but that's what they gave me. And I hate dry rub, and they set have to go back to get a refund.I was twenty miles away in fry's had too much salt
Came up tonight to order a combo for myself ended up receiving 10 of my wings boneless when I had ordered them traditional bone in. I usually don’t leave Google reviews, but Dan really took care of me and my issue with a smile. really nice genuine help from him.

Just picked up my order and it was cooked perfectly tonight!! Dan (manager) I called and spoke with you about my fries not being filled up. However besides that whoever is cooking tonight did an excellent job. The fries, wings, and corn perfectly cooked! Wings nice and crisp just the way I like them, fries cooked just right not too salty and corn just right. Thanks Wingstop Crew!!
