I spent close to $60 on a pick up order for me and my coworkers. I went to pick it up and they had everything done and ready in a bag. People always say you should check your bag for everything before you walk out. This time I didn’t. Drove all the way back to work and noticed they left out a whole meal off my order. Called them and the girl who picked up the phone answered me in a way like she knew something was already wrong with the order as soon as I mentioned I had just been there a few minutes prior. She was expecting it already which isn’t a good sign, probably means they mess up multiple orders a day. What I don’t understand is, how hard is it to read the order off a receipt? Whatever part of my order I did receive which was only cheese fries, wasn’t anything spectacular. They were ok, but I just wished I had my entire lunch to eat today. All the employee told me was that she had my ticket number up and that the manager would just go ahead and refund the missing item. Another bad sign, rushing me off the phone and having them do it after the fact, something else that will never go right. Looks like I’ll have to call them again tomorrow to actually get this refund

Ordered 75 wings with 4 flavors. Ended up only getting 38 wings with 2 flavors. Called for a refund or to deliver rest of the wings. Was told cannot deliver and only gave me 50 dollars back. Never ordering here again.

We went as a family to go eat about 814pm and the place and with so many employees and the place not 100% full the wait time was about 1hr go to fire house instead dont waste time here.

Manager James or Jason ? I can’t remember very helpful after I didn’t receive my delivery. A DoorDash driver said it was delivered and it never was. The manager offered a refund or he could remake the order. Very respectful and helpful.

Food was really good. They screwed us out of a bone-in wing, though. We got 8 of them and immediately noticed there was only 7 total wings.
It’s just so frustrating when you order 8 wings and only get 7. Apparently wing-stop employees can not count. Wings barely have any meat on them in the first place, so to get short one is quite upsetting. Not to mention that prices continue to soar but quality and service constantly declines.
Had me on hold 3 different times for 30 mins ! It’s insane that no one could answer to a take a order

Brandon Blvd Brandon, Florida have the worst customer service and they served me spoiled chicken that they tried to cover up in wing sauce and seasoning but the smell ripped right through it and the chicken had black spots on it that wasn’t the seasoning.I spent $113.08 to be told by Thomas the General Manager that I was wrong and he was right and he hung up on me. When the Franchise owner told me to send him the pictures he got frustrated with me. I contacted Uber eats and I’m receiving a full refund and Waste Management can have those nasty wings. Be careful eating at that one they going to get you sick. They serve spoiled chicken
