Absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever had. I am not the type of guy that leaves reviews, but I’m taking the time to write this so you don’t go through this. This place WAS a spot we’d hit often. I was completely ignored for 10 minutes and treated like I was an inconvenience while standing at the counter waiting to order. When the employees were going back and forth on who would have to burden themselves on waiting on me, i.e., do their jobs, they just assumed what I wanted to order and began making a small pizza with an attitude, like you wouldn’t believe.
I had them just finish the two pizzas for my kids I’d already placed. The rest of us will get our food elsewhere and I highly recommend you do too.
With the price of eating out nowadays I’ll go somewhere with decent customer service.

We love Your Pie! So accommodating to our allergy needs and we’ve never had an issue that they didn’t immediately address and take care of us. Even if it was our mistake, they gladly take care of their customers. We are regulars as much as we can be. Best gluten free and vegan pizza around!

I stumbled across this location and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were welcoming as soon as I opened the door. You can see them prepare Your Pie right in front you and you can ask for more or less to have Your Pie just the way you desire it. There is seating inside(tv's for sports games) & outside(nice weather days). I devoured the #1 Lineage Supreme. I will be back for New Pizza Shop Sandwich. Get the app & get free points

I came in for dinner tonight and was helped by a very friendly young man named Dylan. He was so patient with taking our order. I wish the food was as good as his customer service. The pizza was average. The gelato was the highlight and so delicious. Thanks for suggesting it Dylan!

They had underage kids working here (my little one’s Girl Scout troop, for a cooking badge event.. it was lots of fun and tasty, too!) The staff was very friendly and patient with the girls. We appreciate the vegan options, and wheat dough, too.

The staff was very polite and professional. The gentleman at the counter Kade was so pleasant. He offered to hear up a cookie that I never thought of even doing. Checked on us several times. The female was also amazing but I didn't catch her name. Very pleasant experience and will definitely recommend!
