I went to Hardee’s for Dinner and wow the night crew working where extremely good hard working people and one that caught my attention is this young man named Chance I don’t know if he is a manager or not but his customer service was 10/10 very hard working always nice very well mannered I can’t express how happy I became seeing respectful young people keep up the great work Hardee’s

Probably the worst experience I've had with a fast food place in a fat minute. For starters, we paid $61.00 for four people which is fine obviously. For $61.00 at Hardee's you can get a soggy chicken sandwich, half filled large fries, bottom of the bag chicken tenders, and a missing meal all together. My grandmother orders a 3 piece white meat snack and we actually just didn't get it all together. My chicken tenders are the size of, or smaller, than my pinky finger. And my sister's chicken sandwich looks like it wasn't breaded and has been sitting under a lamp for hours.

They are rude and pushy and give you old cold dry fries. Horrible. Every time we've tried, even months in between....just awful. They throw your fries in the bag all over the place and give you premade food that is old and dry. Just dreadful.

getting tired of ordering from here occasionally, it's literally a 50/50 chance of just getting screwed out of my order, the chicken blt is advertised with veggie toppings but twice now it has been just a lump of chicken an bread, the Frisco gets constantly patty swapped to a chicken patty why?
My family and I order online for pickup somewhat regularly. The food is almost always great. The atmosphere and service is always below standards. My husband and I have both worked in restaurants and how the customer is treated is as important if not more important than the quality of the food. Please teach your employees to be courtesy, considerate, and thorough (such as checking to be sure the order is complete before walking away without saying a word). A "Welcome to Hardee's" or "Thank you, have a nice day" goes a long ways!

We also ordered a 3-piece chicken tenders meal and the coleslaw was about two tablespoons. It was good for a couple of bites, but you may consider filling up the tiny cup at least. Fries were soggy, cold, and had no flavor.
