getting tired of ordering from here occasionally, it's literally a 50/50 chance of just getting screwed out of my order, the chicken blt is advertised with veggie toppings but twice now it has been just a lump of chicken an bread, the Frisco gets constantly patty swapped to a chicken patty why?

My family and I order online for pickup somewhat regularly. The food is almost always great. The atmosphere and service is always below standards. My husband and I have both worked in restaurants and how the customer is treated is as important if not more important than the quality of the food. Please teach your employees to be courtesy, considerate, and thorough (such as checking to be sure the order is complete before walking away without saying a word). A "Welcome to Hardee's" or "Thank you, have a nice day" goes a long ways!

Service was good. We ordered a 3-piece all white meat snack and it contained two thighs (not white meat) and a wing for $9. We also ordered a 3-piece chicken tenders meal and the coleslaw was about two tablespoons. It was good for a couple of bites, but you may consider filling up the tiny cup at least. Fries were soggy, cold, and had no flavor.

They didn’t not answer anyone at speaker for 10 minutes, there was 7 cars behind me so I moved forward to order at the window. Lady was very rude and stated “now those 7 cars have to wait for you, what do you want” Absolutely nothing now. ? do not recommend at all.

last visit ordered blueberry biscuits - had to wait so pulled to the side - got my order and they were still cold and crunch on the inside. Now get my order at drive through only to discover its not my order! got nothing I could eat. what a waste of $15 bucks. and phone number on internet is not valid to call them. Wont be back there any time soon.

If I could give a zero I would. This is my 5th bad experience with going through their drive through and coming away with the wrong order, food cold, or missing items in less than a month.
Word to the wise, check your bags throughly before you drive away (no matter how many times the lady with barely three teeth tells you to move) because if you are missing anything you can't actually call the store to tell them because EITHER THE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED OR NO ONE ANSWERS IT. And if you drive back they won't honor it, saying and I quote " who leaves the line with out checking their bags?"
- well obviously me, because the drive through lady told me to move. ?
Today was my final straw.
(Yes it was a long line, yes I waited 10 mins before I could even get up close enough to order my food, and i waited another 10 mins before i could pick up my food, but taking 1 minute to check my bag before driving off wouldn't have hurt anything- instead of getting snapped at to move because they are backed up...well get my orders right and I won't have to check!)

As for their food: the fries are straight garbage either limp and under cooked, or over fried. Their Frisco burger is a coin toss, will half of it actually be toasted? Their fried chicken is harder than a rock and drier than the Sahara.
Waste of money.
I usually over look all of these things because let's face it, this is a minimum wage job with minimum wage workers that really don't want to work or put effort into their work. But I'm spending close to 50 bucks for a few fast food meals each time i do go there, ( sadly i have to do this a few times a week due to our work schedules) and the food is barely edible.
Not anymore. I'm saving my money. They lost a customer
Someone really needs to open something else because the food in Bronson is garbage.
