“I booked a trail ride for myself and my 10-year-old son as a holiday gift, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience! The horses at Black Prong are very well cared for. The guides are friendly and knowledgeable, with one leading and one following to keep everyone safe. Groups are limited in size, and they do a great job of making sure everyone is comfortable and prepared before hitting the trail. Goethe State Forest is beautiful, and the trail is well maintained (and shaded!). If you're looking for a great trail riding experience in North Central Florida, this is it!”

“Just left the Black Prong for a birthday celebration, I'd give this place a 10 star or 120% rating if I could. Best restaurant I have been in years, staff, food, atmosphere, was off the hook awesome! Jada, our waitress was so professional and a beautiful personality and made the experience to remember forever. I highly recommend you try this hidden treasure in the middle of nowhere! “ate there 2 times in the last 2 months, had the male server each time, was timely with my orders and checked up often, got the chicken fajita both times and came out as it should, nothing crazy flavor wise but still tasty nonetheless. as for the atmosphere, honestly its reminiscent of several other mexican restaurants in the local area (not complaining btw) the colorful decor and interesting art chairs are always a bonus to the eyes”

“In terms of chain places, this is probably the best option locally or in general. Good deals regularly, Wednesdays the local burger place is closed anyways so the Wacky Wednesday has double incentive. Usually their experimental foods are good. I generally dislike stuffed crusts due to the price; not only is it flavorful here, but the flavored options help make it a lot more appealing.
Interior is fine, their little tv hasn't worked that I can recall but it may be circumstantial. Probably more of a place to pick up, though.
I recently learned that Michigan has more than us, I think Florida should have more. But other states should have less.”

“My boyfriend and I love coming here when Teddy is working! He takes his time on the sub and is very personable. His subs are the best:)) They also feed the elderly cat who has lived outside of the store for 9 years. He’s a great guy and will always make sure your sub is made to your standard.
