“My wife, Diabetic Service Dog Gumball and I have been coming to this restaurant for over 2 years, everyone on staff knew and loved Gumball. She is trained and settles in and is almost always completely unnoticed due to her training. We have not been here since the new owners. Tonight we decide to drive in from Bronson, and are net by a smirky waitress "...your dog has to be under the table..." The waitress obviously has never been trained in customer service nor has she read "How to win friends and influence people." RAISING YOUR VOICE TO A CUSTOMER IS NEVER ACCEPTABLE... Ah, no, she does not. I don't care what anyone says, this is discrimination. she is trained to sense glucose from my Torso area, she doesn't sit on the floor. They lost a customer...”

“I drove through during an unfortunate visit to the area due to a family emergency. I had a somewhat complicated order for many different family members. Miss Debbie went out of her way to ensure that certain items were grouped in order to save on cost. She even went back to the kitchen to ensure everything was ordered correctly. A small fry was forgotten. Pulled back up to the speaker and rather long line at this point. Miss Debbie carried out the small fry personally with a friendly, apologetic demeanor. She is going above and beyond her duties. Give this lady a raise! ?”

“The salads are now only one size -- large, which is more than enough for two people and many salads later!
I ordered a veggie sub and my husband ordered the turkey club, the sandwiches are very good and made differently than the normal sub one might be used to.
Everything was good, staff (even though she looked like she was out to lunch) was very friendly.”

“The food was nice and fresh! Came out in less than a minute. The manager, not sure of his name but he was a male with black and blonde hair that was kind of put up, was so welcoming and greeted my family with kindness and he was very work oriented. All of the workers seemed to be working hard too. Definitely will be coming back!”

“I ordered Grilled shrimp, coleslaw and grilled zucchini. Because I didn’t want to cause Rachel distress, I didn’t say anything or send the food back. The shrimp were way overcooked and hard, coleslaw extremely coarse with very little dressing, zucchini thin limp strips with little seasoning. Had told the waitress I used wanted lemon for the shrimp, that I did not used cocktail nor tartar sauce. When she brought my plate, I reminded her I wanted lemon, she points to one slice of lemon and said you’ve got lemon. I asked for more, which she did bring when she brought my coleslaw.”
