“My wife, Diabetic Service Dog Gumball and I have been coming to this restaurant for over 2 years, everyone on staff knew and loved Gumball. She is trained and settles in and is almost always completely unnoticed due to her training. We have not been here since the new owners. Tonight we decide to drive in from Bronson, and are net by a smirky waitress "...your dog has to be under the table..." The waitress obviously has never been trained in customer service nor has she read "How to win friends and influence people." RAISING YOUR VOICE TO A CUSTOMER IS NEVER ACCEPTABLE... Ah, no, she does not. I don't care what anyone says, this is discrimination. she is trained to sense glucose from my Torso area, she doesn't sit on the floor. They lost a customer...“

“I ordered Grilled shrimp, coleslaw and grilled zucchini. Because I didn’t want to cause Rachel distress, I didn’t say anything or send the food back. The shrimp were way overcooked and hard, coleslaw extremely coarse with very little dressing, zucchini thin limp strips with little seasoning. Had told the waitress I used wanted lemon for the shrimp, that I did not used cocktail nor tartar sauce. When she brought my plate, I reminded her I wanted lemon, she points to one slice of lemon and said you’ve got lemon. I asked for more, which she did bring when she brought my coleslaw.“

“We ate there for the first time today. Food was AWESOME- fish sandwich blackened was outstanding and had super soft bun which made it even more outstanding. Service and Prices are SUPER.“
