Typical spot nowadays. Usually 1 person working, max 2. Just a square box serving some food with underpaid workers

The young man who made my lunch today, 4/1/25, did an excellent job! After noticing that it’s AFD, I emphasize, this review is no joke. He is always polite, even when customers are not, which I’ve personally witnessed.

Not only does he do good work, but he’s always polite, kind, and patient. I left a 35% tip (bill was only $8), after he, remembering that I have difficulty with speech and memory, reminded me of what I’d ordered, by having the receipt close at hand. He didn’t have to do that, but he did, because he remembered me because I’ve always reciprocated his polite, kind and patient attitude.

He is an asset to Subway, and, as a retired lawyer and businessman, I would bet anything he could have an even greater impact in a leadership role. Sadly, as I enter my mid 50s, it seems polite, kind, and patient people are harder to find. Thankfully, we do tend to stick together. I pray that a ā€œhigher upā€ at Subway will read this and take action, because that young man has a boatload of potential! Not because he made a great sandwich for me, but because of WHY he made a great sandwich, for me. ā€œItā€ is an identifiable, but indescribable host of traits that one is either born with, or born without. The young man who made my lunch today was born with IT!

The woman working in there on 3/22 is beyond unprofessional and rude. My husband went in to pick up an order for me because I’m sick, and she cussed at him and was extremely rude. When he went to leave, she and her son(who doesn’t work there,) followed him out to the truck and were taunting him and trying to fight him. I do NOT recommend coming to this Subway location. Spend the extra time to go to Williston or Chiefland!!

My wife says the people working were super nice and friendly so I kinda feel bad but she ordered a steak nacho sub toasted and got chicken instead of stake and non-toasted bread with no cheese on it. I got the same l nacho sub but with rotisserie chicken. Again my bread was non-toasted and did not have cheese on it but even worse my chicken was grey in color and nothing but mush so it had to be thrown away. All I eat from here is the rotisserie chicken and I have never had anything near what I was served today.

Must have bad management because they're out of stock of so many things all the time. This location also doesn't honor deals advertised on tv. Service is always as slow as can be, regardless of how nice the only person working there is that day. 2 stars only because you can eat the food and it's better than a couple other places. But worst Subway I've ever frequented by far.

Is this a sub shop or a cat rehabilitation? Don’t seem professional near a food joint Williston it is for now on

Food is mid at best. No hairnets, gloves are reused and food is practically tossed around while your order gets made. Service is absolutely terrible. The employees are so demanding and rude! And the overall mood of the place is so damn depressing?? This place seriously isn't worth hard earned money.

The young blonde woman was very friendly and polite but the middle-aged lady with the bun needs a lesson in customer service. I'd have given 5 stars if I didn't have to interact with her.
