Picked up a catering order. Only half complete. Had to argue with on duty manager till he admitted he forgot to print half the order. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes on top of the 20 I already had. Never an apology. The young man at the register said they were having a very bad day. I was very disappointed in their idea of service and hospitality.

Hi, we buy two to three bowls from this location every day for our employees and some times the food is very salty and I tried to call and talk to the manager about it but the central call center won't allow to give a feedback.

This is the 3rd time I have gotten chipotle from this location. This first time was great. The second time I ordered online and it was the skimpiest burrito bowl I have ever seen. Plus, 1/3 of the rice was crunchy. This last time it was sloppy, I asked for extra (didn’t happen) and the rice was yet again crunchy. I am very disappointed. I ordered during peak lunch time. Why is the rice so bad??! Do better please.
