culver store #606 on centerview Boulevard orlando florida extremely bad customer service. We exchanged a burger that was served with wrong toppings. After they gave us the new burger they came to the table to take away the wrong burger that they were going to throw away. It was the way the lady approached towards us with such an attitude as if we were doing it on purpose. I have the receipt as a prove that it said plain burger. Please train your employees to have better manners.
Total joke no one in line sat ten minutes then called in MGR states Ohhhh not I’m sorry nothing. NO ONE IN LINE. Maybe hire some mature people
We enjoy coming into this location but the last two times through the drive thru it has been horrible customer service. The first time my husband ordered onion rings and they gave him French fries for one order, and then his order of French fries with cheese sauce they put chili on even though he asked them not to. They made him pay to change the French fries which we said whatever to but then he proceeded to watch them take the French fries he touched already and put them back...read full review
