Went inside to have a burger and shake with my wife. Two employees, one other customer. No one at the counter, my wife waited to use the bathroom, after several minutes an employee pops out, gets be hine the counter and takes the order while the other runs to bathroom waiting for my wife. We got our food, minus the shakes, which were paid for, and no ione was quite sure which dispenser was diet soda. Friends we were going to meet drove by, saw our car, came in and decide to get something to ear. After five minutes with no one at the counter to take order, we left. Fully understand why their business appears to be zero.

All I can say is that DQ just blew all of their competitors out the water... Fantastic food, friendly faces, fantastic price... So worth it...I would like to thank this crew for taking care of my hangry

I ordered a blizzard through the drive through. They attempted to give it to me leaking all over the place they couldn’t turn it upside Down because it was so melted. They “said” they would remake it. To which they just spun it again making it more of a milkshake consistency. How poor is that!? I parked and walked into the store To have them remake it. They took it behind the counter and came back a few moments later and it was a milkshake at this point. The little girl said they made it again and I told her “no it’s supposed to be a blizzard not a milkshake. The short older Spanish decent looking lady was upset because she couldn’t preform her job correctly and it was impeding her from keeping what they already cleaned clean. The tall skinny young man was terribly upset about it to. He huffed and walked to the back. This was a terrible experience and I think this store needs retraining on how to properly make a blizzard and they definitely need customer service training.

Best dairy queen for a 100 miles at least. I always eat inside and always have good service. The prices are very reasonable especially If you compare it to other locations

I order a $14+ combo from here 1-2 times per week. I always place my order online for pickup because the service is slow, but if the food is good, I can manage. Today I picked up my food and asked for 1 sauce to go with it and I was told I would have to be charged for that... 1 single sauce. This goes along with some of the other reviews about nickel and diming but its even more egregious when there is no way for you to purchase a dipping sauce online for mobile orders, so I had to do a 2nd/separate transaction for 1 sauce. I will not be going back. May seem petty but the fact that this business would go out of their way to squeeze the customer of every penny possible, just highlights that they are probably cutting corners in other areas as well. There is a reason why chic-fil-a has a line around the building all day, every day (and you still get your food faster than DQ). I will take my money elsewhere.
