Very friendly owner & Moe was great. The food is out of this world. Everything was super fresh and hot. The flavor on my shrimp and crab was to die for!! I definitely recommend giving them a try🫶🏼
Wow, what a discovery. A Taste of New Orleans in Brooksville, Florida serves excellent, authentic, Cajon and Creole cuisine. In addition the owner, Frankie, is a virtuoso tenor saxophonist and plays jazz and pop on Friday and Saturday. We will be hurrying back. 5 stars all the way.
If you're craving a taste of the Big Easy, you have to check out Taste of New Orleans in Brooksville! 🤩 Their food is absolutely incredible and truly authentic.If you want amazing Cajun seafood, this is the place to go! Great family atmosphere, AMAZING music and truly friendly staff.

Don’t miss the sweet breaded fried corn, Zwolle tamales, or the amazing beignets in a honey butter sauce—perfectly crispy and powdered. The crawfish etouffee, gumbo, and hush puppies are great, even as leftovers. The crab is so good, though you might need better tools to enjoy it fully. With a rustic atmosphere, friendly service, and occasional live music, A Taste of New Orleans is a hidden gem that will leave you wanting more. Parking is easy, with handicapped spots available.
