The cashier was pleasant. I was upset that my biscuits was not near fresh. I love their biscuits. I spent over$60. At least give me soft biscuits.
Something really needs to be done about the service at this Popeyes. I order a delivery just a while ago and the pickup driver has been waiting for 30 minutes. He texted and said they had asked him 3 times what order he was there for. 3 weeks ago zi went to this same Popeyes for dine in lunch, ordered from the kiosk and it took 43 minutes to get my order. The food is always fresh, delicious, and worth the price. However, during nighttime visits, the surrounding streets and parking area are very dark and in need of renovation, making it less suitable for families at late hours. The parking lot is small and poorly lit, but the nearby road is spacious and easy to access during late-night hours. Overall, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen remains a reliable and enjoyable dining option for many customers, especially when visiting during the day. The restaurant is clean, music is soft, and staff are friendly and quick to serve.
