Dunkin in Brooksville is the slowest one I have ever been to, on more than 1 occasion there is no one at the counter to take orders, and coffee comes out messy and takes way more time than necessary. the ceiling above the donuts is about to cave in, obviously this store needs some attention or funding from corporate. for a company worth as much as you are it's unacceptable, pay your people better they will do better
The worst dunkin i have ever been to. Every time. And it gets worse each time. Which should be impossible considering how terrible it is. No one will answer the drive through. They literally told me they can’t hear my truck because it’s got a lift. When I pull up to the drive through window, they say they can’t take my order through the window. Apparently, their afternoon / evening shift employees didn't like the management, because they're closed, and there's a sign on the door saying that they have no employees. It also made mention of bad management... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
