Had the McRib meal with fries and a drink . I have to say it was very good . I get them every holiday season . The only problem I had was when the young lady brought my food I asked for ketchup and she never came back . If McDonalds wants to do table service they should train their team better . Ghosting a request is not the way to win customers over .

I was at this McDonald’s at 10am on 11/2. When you walk in all you her is this white lady dressed in a red McDonald’s shirt screening at the employees in the back you can hear everything from the lobby. Whoever that lady is needs to be fired or removed from her position. She is just harassing her workers. That is crazy and unprofessional. If the work isn’t doing good then correct it. Screaming. Maybe more like yelling. But still never the less she is harassing her workers back there because of a mistake. Seriously sad to see.

One Friday morning I pulled up to the first window. The first thing I smelt was grease and rotten eggs. The people who were serving the food did not look good; their hygiene also gave off bad vibe— one of the most disgusting smells I’ve smelt from a McDonald’s. Furthermore, a couple days ago I decided to get a medium caramel frappe, same thing, I smelt the same horrible smell, and saw real bad hygiene, it literally disgusted me.

Always missing something from our drive thru order. The people at the pick up window dont acknowledge you, they can't even make eye contact or provide customer service. One lady almost dropped our food out the window because she wasn't even looking to see if my hand was waiting for the food. Luckily I caught the bag. No apologies, or have a good day comes from the drive thru attendant. They must hate their jobs.

This location is way better in every way from other locations, I have fact checked this location for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 months straight for 2 times each week , this location meets above the minimum standards of the company and deserves 5 full stars for all the continued hard work. I want to say thank you to everyone at this location for the dedication to the company standards . I just wish other locations also were just as good .
