“What a pleasure! The staff greeted us pleasantly. They were busy fulfilling online or delivery orders, but juggled those and our two sandwiches with ease so no one had to wait longer than necessary. The restaurant is immaculate and all the topping bins were completely full - no scraping the bottom of the bins - and all the bread options were available. The dining area was brightly lit and inviting. The soda had just the right balance of syrup and carbonation. An absolute gem of a subway!“

The Subway teammate walked out to my car in a timely manner. But her interaction wasn't pleasant. Didn't say hello, just roughly said WHAT'S THE NAME? Then she checked the name on the receipt and handed me the Subway bag. Walked away without saying thank you or have a good day or thanks for visiting Subway. That wasn't a nice experience. IDK if I'll go back to that location.

“I’ve eaten at a lot of Subway locations over the years, and this was, without a doubt, the cleanest one I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, everything was spotless, organized, and running incredibly efficiently.

The ingredients were filled to the top and looked fresher than I’ve ever seen at any other Subway. Every employee I interacted with had a genuine smile on their face, and you could tell they actually enjoyed working there.

A special shout out to Erin, who I assume is the owner or manager. During a rush, she wasn’t standing back giving orders she jumped right in and worked alongside her team. That kind of leadership speaks volumes. Managers who are willing to support their employees instead of just supervising them create workplaces that run smoothly, and it absolutely showed. I only wish I’d had managers like that in some of my previous jobs.

If every fast food restaurant operated with the same standards as this Subway, the industry would be in a much better place. Honestly, I’d gladly drive 30 minutes out of my way just to eat at this location again. That’s how impressed I was.“

“I rarely write reviews. But i work down the street from this Subway, and they are always AMAZING. Girl can be completely in the weeds with customers and they were nothing but friendly and welcoming and finished my request asap.
