“App was used didn't work. Resorted to order being called in. This is while someone is waiting to get food. Quite frankly, didn't feel like the person I was dealing with really cared. Once order placed , the they quickly assembled the order and apologized for the inconvenience.“

The Subway teammate walked out to my car in a timely manner. But her interaction wasn't pleasant. Didn't say hello, just roughly said WHAT'S THE NAME? Then she checked the name on the receipt and handed me the Subway bag. Walked away without saying thank you or have a good day or thanks for visiting Subway. That wasn't a nice experience. IDK if I'll go back to that location.

“I rarely write reviews. But i work down the street from this Subway, and they are always AMAZING. Girl can be completely in the weeds with customers and they were nothing but friendly and welcoming and finished my request asap.
