Upon entering, visitors are transported to the 1940s-1950s era through the French pop music and cozy atmosphere. The menu features a variety of savory and sweet crepe options, including the popular French Monte Cristo crepe, which comes with Black Forrest Ham, Honey Roasted Turkey, Baby Swiss, and a fried egg, drizzled with a Raspberry and Honey Mustard glaze and dusted with Powdered Sugar. The crepes are made with fresh and delicious ingredients, and the restaurant also offers a range of sweet crepes. The homemade tomato soup is a highlight, with its warm and slightly spicy flavor. Their special French Toast was the best thing ever eaten. The airy whipped cream and the sweet bourbon maple syrup took this to another level. The ownership and service was very friendly. The cozy restaurant interior with its French themed decor and music made this feel like a little getaway which truly added to the experience. The atmosphere was awesome and the staff were incredible. The gluten free crepe was amazing. The Lazy Maid Crêperie is a great spot for a good time and good food.
