First off, no dipping sauce for the egg rolls. Complete BS. My cheese fries are just light cheese, extra ranch, only one tender, 2 pieces of bacon. This is the only thing I order at zaxbys. I’d rather have my money back.

So they messed up my order about a month ago I paid for a finger plate and they gave me a 4 I gave them my name was to replace for the correct meal. I go tonight to get it and they said since it was almost 30 days plus they said the person didn't put my name in the book they wouldn't honor it. So screw you Zaxby's you food isn't that great anyways.

We stop in here often. The food is usually fresh. Occasionally the fries aren't very warm. The place is usually clean and the staff friendly. This visit they were short staffed. A few other patrons seemed to have been waiting awhile and weren't thrilled. They informed us they were short staffed. I think there were maybe 3 workers there. But they seemed to be able to work together and pull things together. We didnt have to wait to long for our food and it was as we ordered it. Sadly the fries weren't as hot as the rest of thw food but considering. We will return. Sadly being short staffed everywhere is a common issue these days it seems.

I ordered the large meal at Zaxby’s, but I noticed the portion sizes weren’t consistent. The person I was with got noticeably more fries, even though we both ordered the same large meal. It’s a bit disappointing since the portion size should be the same for both. Please make sure the servings are even next time — consistency really matters for customers.

Customer service is horrible. Full of high-school students with nasty attitudes, a constant repeat of your order just to get it wrong. The manager attitude was horrible as well and the food is always cold. This place needs to be shut down until they can get more sophisticated and well mannered staff

I ordered the fried house salad and ided tea in the drive thru and brought it back to my office approximately 5 miles away. When I got to my office there was no ice in my iced tea and there were multiple pieces of rotten lettuce with black slimy edges. There were also cucumbers that were yellowed due to being used past the point where they should be. Waste of $15.00 very dissatisfied!!! Wished I'd discovered the spoiled bits before I'd eaten any of it. Thanks for the upset stomach I'm sure I'll have from consuming the spoiled food you served me!

Overpriced food they can’t even make right. Customer satisfaction isn’t even a concern which is odd with these corporate chains but maybe the manager was recently snubbed a pay raise 🤷🏻♂️ do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.

I can not recall how long this Zaxby's have been at this location but tonight makes my second time eating here and I realized why. So the first time food was horrible and today worst. Tonight my family order almost 30 dollars worth of food and was told it was a wait because everything needed to be dropped fresh, I was totally okay with it so we pulled around and waited just to go home 2 minutes away to cold food. Please note while we was waiting my child sneezed and we had no napkins, so I said used the receipt to catch it....I called to speak with the manager about the wait and to still end up with cold food, the first thing she asked for was the receipt, not do you want to come back(2 min away) or anything only thing she say after I told her what happened to receipt since you don't have it nothing I can do... I think something else should of been said to satisfy the paying customer

I never complain about food, but I went here last night paid 20$ for the Bleau Zalad and cheese cake bites. I thought the salad was going to be Bleau cheese and fried chicken etc, it came with some awful sauce over the entire thing. The first bite burned my lips and then made me sick at my stomach with each bite. I tried several bites tried to just get to the salad but everything was coved with that sauce. I’ve never been so disappointed. Then I thought at least cheesecake bites would be good, they cooked them fresh, they were hot and cooked to perfection, however either it is the batter or the oil they cook them in but absolutely couldn’t eat them. I don’t go out that often and to pay that much and not be able to eat it. I realize prices are higher and I’m willing to pay it but to not be able to eat it was very disappointing. I have to say the girl at the window and the young man that brought the food to my car were absolutely sweet, polite and professional. A joy because so many lately haven’t always gone above with friendliness and happy to have a job.
Showed up at 9:12pm Friday, January 31st to find all doors locked. Double checked the signage on the doors to confirm the lobby was open until 10. Your team isn't closing 2-3 minutes early they're closing at LEAST 45 mintues early. I went next door to Popeye's and watched as 4 other guests found your doors closed early and left. Whoever was your MOD Friday, January 31,2025 lost you the sales from myself and 4 other groups.
