Food was great but service has declined tremendously. Went through the drive-thru around 8:40pm and ordered 2 orders of egg rolls. Was told that they closed in 10 minutes (even though it was 8:40pm) and it was going to be an 8 minute wait. The lady over the speaker sounded pretty upset that I said I didnt mind waiting and placed my order. When I got the food, I asked if there was sauce in the bag and she said yes and she hurried and walked away. There was only one sauce in the bag for two orders so I drove back through the drive-thru to ask for another sauce. I waited at the speaker for a few minutes as I watched through the window multiple workers running around trying to hide and not saying anything through the speaker. It was not even 9pm yet and as I drove to the window after waiting a few minutes at the speaker and no one saying anything, they rushed to turn the lights off, locked the window, and everyone took off running. Yes, seriously running as I drove up. I sat at the window as three of the employees were standing around in the corner at what seemed like going back and forth with each other about who was going to come to the window. When one finally did, the first thing she told me was they were closed before I could even say anything. All I needed was another sauce but was told they didn't have any more. (I feel like I should've been advised of that when I placed the order and wouldn't have placed it). Seems like they were all in a rush to get out of there before closing time and did not care one bit about customer satisfaction or getting business. Really didn't appreciate how this was handled and the attitudes from the two workers I dealt with.

If I'm going to wait 20 minutes for food, why wouldn't I go to a restaurant with better quality? People come here for convince and sacrifice on the quality. If you don't improve one of these you'll lose customers.

Popeyes has gotten so bad, tried Zaxbys right next door. Chicken was so awful - spongy, tasted weird, that I threw it out. Never again.

We ordered thru door dash. And what they gave us all and all was what we ordered.( The person whom placed the order told me he did the order correctly - but I don't think he did) . We are NOT Happy about The gal. Of tea that was non sweet and had NO lid or labels. ( The driver of door dash said for us to report it to door dash, which I will do). No receipt came in my bag only the kitchen receipt stuck to the bag. The rest of the meal was to our liking. Although I thought the Cobb chicken salad had more chicken on it than one strip.

I'm from Miami my first time experience it was delicious. The sauce definitely to die for , and the strawberry lemonade not so sweet but just right. I highly recommend for everyone to try it. Especially we don't have this restaurant where I live by.

So an update to zaxbys in Brooksville Fl. The owner/manager got back with me and had a replacement meal for me. Everything went smoothly and the meal was 10 times better. Thanks Zaxby's for making this right.
