Horrible customer service. Young teenagers in messing around. Never able to get the order correct. They need to have better management in place and should seriously teach customer service skills.

Your food has absolutely gone downhill. The wings are always dried out and has no meat in them it's just bread with sauce. And the bread is always hard as a rock. This shouldn't even be called edible food. Overpriced all together for such shotty service and food. Rethink your practices because you're going to run yourself out of business.

Super busy location but probably the most well run and managed Zaxbys I have even been to. Staff were friendly and on top of it. Definitely had the Chikfila vibe going on.

Very disappointed at how much Zaxby's has changed. I came here for the first time in 10 years and was shocked find how tiny the portions are and the food tastes like processed KFC chicken now. The restaurant and staff were great but y'all better go back to 2012 with the food portions and quality real quick or else you'll lose a lot of business just like Sonny's did.
