Horrible customer service. Young teenagers in messing around. Never able to get the order correct. They need to have better management in place and should seriously teach customer service skills.

Your food has absolutely gone downhill. The wings are always dried out and has no meat in them it's just bread with sauce. And the bread is always hard as a rock. This shouldn't even be called edible food. Overpriced all together for such shotty service and food. Rethink your practices because you're going to run yourself out of business.

Super busy location but probably the most well run and managed Zaxbys I have even been to. Staff were friendly and on top of it. Definitely had the Chikfila vibe going on.

Very disappointed at how much Zaxby's has changed. I came here for the first time in 10 years and was shocked find how tiny the portions are and the food tastes like processed KFC chicken now. The restaurant and staff were great but y'all better go back to 2012 with the food portions and quality real quick or else you'll lose a lot of business just like Sonny's did.

Yesterday we ate here. Worst dinning experience at a Zaxby’s we’ve ever had - cold, greasy food, sodas flat, seemingly obnoxious staff. The environment made us so uncomfortable we chose to leave and never return to this location.

My husband purchased a 6 piece chicken tender meal, when arriving at home the meal had 3 chicken tenders the size of the sauce. I know mistakes can happen, but when someone spends almost $16 for 1 meal is absolutely insane. Not only was the order 1/2 missing, the quality is poor. Shame on you Zaxbys for your greed, maybe you should advertise chicken nuggets not tenders.

Ordered the grilled chicken meal deal got the burnt to death chicken that was smashed and flavorless meal. When I went in they didn't seem like they cared to serve anybody. I was asked if I'd been helped yet I said no and she told someone else to come help me which took 2 minutes. My food sat on the pass through for a few minutes before it was handed to me in it's overcooked glory. Business was slow and service slower. I could have brought it back but I know what can happen to the food that is replaced. Won't be back there, good thing they are near an interstate for more one time victims.

Been here three times, although the staff are all relatively young they are super polite and friendly as well as accommodating. The atmosphere is really nice, the wood structure and decor is very cozy. The food has always been beyond our expectations for a quick bite to eat. Pricing is affordable.
