Dipping dots are a unique feature, though some customers have noted that the selection has been minimal at times. The sundae "The BoB" is a popular choice, and the ice cream is very good and reasonably priced. The Italian sub with everything remains a favorite for lunch. The staff are friendly and quick to respond, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, Fergie's is one of the few places that serve Flavor Burst Ice Cream, which has been enjoyed by many. While some may find the prices slightly higher than expected, the experience and taste are well worth it.
