Drive thru lady was nice but when I got home my food was full of black curly hair. I got so nauseous I threw it in the trash.

Went through drive thru. Food was great except for the curly fries, my favor reason for going to arby's. They tasted so old and was so hard that my jaw hurt so much trying to chew them. Other than the fries being old, everything else was great.

I don't know who was working in there today but they were off their game. The sweet tea tastes old and wasn't sweet at all and my fries were cold and soggy, I got the new loaded ones. Usually they do amazing at this location with hot food but this isn't the first time they've just handed me unsweetened tea. She was apologizing as she was handing us our food when nothing had gone wrong yet, I guess she was just covering her bases.
The lady with the red dreads was very friendly when she took my order. The food was hot and fresh. My order came very quickly too.

Terrible service!! Every time I stop a this Arbys at 708 loves truck stop and try to order food. I get the excuse that they can’t take an order for 15-20 minutes due to shift change. This has happened 4 time in 7 months. So I left unhappy and hungry.Then I stopped at another arbys 150 miles south. Got my order with no problems. So I asked the manager at the good arbys. When you change shifts does it take 15-20 minutes before you can take orders? She said no…management must be terrible. She staggers her employee’s so they don’t have issue with shift change on not taking orders.

Ordered 2 for six . Food was good. Wanted two for six..charged 12 buck for two sandwiches and a drink. Charged everything wron. Will watch my order next time.

Unfriendly cashier... witnessed a customer that came and retrieved her meal and said thank you, she got no reply , and not one person behind the counter let her know that food was ready to pick up. My bun on my sandwich was hard, and they put way to much sauce on it, so messy I could barely keep the meat on the bread. Overall not very good...

Ever visit is a wonderful experience. Vary clean ,polite ,and the best of all the restaurants. Although it is considered a fast food restaurant I don't I consider them much more than that . They treat you like family. Thank you to all the server's at Arby'
