Great place to eat. Next the the Loves truck stop and it sure beats Arby’s. Plus this place has ?please stop by and get some real food. It’s well worth the stop. Got a nice sushi bar also. Walking distance from the truck stop.
Fujiyama Japanese Steak House is home to the best food this little town has to offer. The sushi is always fresh, habbachi is flavorful, and the staff attentive and friendly. I'm a truck driver and have I've literally eaten in almost every state in the U.S.! This by far is one of the best Japanese restaurants that I've ever had. The house salad was cool, crisp and fresh. Dressing flavorful and delicious! I ordered the dragon roll which is fried. The outside was thin and crisp as opposed to thick and soft even with the sauce on top. I also ordered the fillet dinner.
