NOT a family restaurant, went in a couple days ago with my kids and told them to wait in the car because of the loud, vulgar music. Only reason I'm leaving a 4 star is because the food was surprisingly okay.

Spent 75 dollars here and asked if they could sprinkle a little parm on the 2 cheese bread and they wanted to charge me another 1.75 wow ?. For a sprinkle of cheese. Excuse me, 2 sprinkles of cheese. This is what the world has come to. I'm glad I didn't need to use the loo. How much is a square of paper?

Ordered pizza and crazy bread on app. The self serve option is not working so I had to wait in line behind the 12 other customers. Yes 12, which I understand it's good quick food. The pizzas were good, hot and fresh. The crazy bread was hard, dry and looked like somebody had ran it over with a car.

Over the last year+ every time I’ve gone to this store they have no “hot ready to eat” pizza. If they do it is one cheese only pizza. It is like they are so cheap they cannot afford to make them and keep them ready. They don’t prepare them ahead of time IAW their franchise contract.

I've been getting my pizza from this store for the past 3 years and the quality and service has always been exceptional. With a clean lobby, friendly and caring staff, and hot, fresh pizza I have nothing but good things to say. They always have the little cookies that my daughter loves and she begs me for pizza there all the time. They've become our go-to dinner night and for a good reason. At a price that's hard to beat around here and nice fresh pizza that'll feed everybody, this location will continue to be my go-to! ?

I went into the store after seeing this sign on the window for brownies. I ordered a 4 PC order and the cashier told me it would be $15. and change. I told her the sign on the cash register and the one in the window advertises $3.89 for a 4 PC order. She said there was a recent price increase and they hadn't had time to change the signs. Plus don't forget sales tax. I asked for the manager's name and she told me she was the General Manager and that's what I would pay if I wanted them. Needless to say I left the store without any brownies. I called the store to get her name and she again stated she was the General Manager and her name is Courtney. I intend to call Corporate customer service on Monday.

Used to be a top local choice for speed and affordability. Over the last couple years it has nose dived to become one of the few bad reviews I have left.We have been going here since they opened. They used to have friendly, competent staff.Tonight was the last straw after multiple attempts to like them again. We don't live in the city, so we call in orders to make sure they have it ready. Recently they stopped answering the phone. This time they answered. The lady stated she couldn't take an order over the phone, because the phone system wasn't working. She said this to me over the phone. She stated if I came into the store she would take my order.I knew it was getting close to their closing time, so I said how long it would take to drive to town, and she said that would not be a problem.I drove straight there, walked into the store, and the pink haired boy said they couldn't take any more orders. I explained my phone conversation and he walked into the back and talked to a woman.First story from her was she didn't recall the phone conversation (6 minutes ago). Second story was that they only take one phone order a day, and this is too much for them. What?My issue is less with the employees and more with the franchise owner. I am a business owner myself. I don't personally know what the story is with this business, but I recognize a business in the process of decline and failure. This has all the signs. The same excuse used for almost a year (phones). An absent owner leaving minimum wage sailors to man the ship. Customer service taking a dirt nap.I hope the owner can right this ship soon, but the market for local fast food is cut throat. Especially the demand on the same limited workers here.Ultimately we just went next door to their competition and suggest you do the same.
