We stopped at this Sonny's location after a visit to Bushnell Cemetary. The service was phenomenal thanks to our server, Linda. I ordered the pulled pork and it was a huge portion and tasted delicious! Very tender! The Sonny's Sweet BBQ sauce was an added bonus! The green beans tasted fresh out of the garden! So fresh and tasty! The huge sweet potato was baked to perfection and was very good tasting with the cinnamon butter!

What a treat to visit Sonny's again, and enjoy their delicious Southern BBQ, as they closed our Sonny's located in North Tampa years ago.

After a long Day of travel, it was nice to have a place to sit down, relax and get some great food. I tried the baby back ribs and smoked competition wings and they were both on point. I will honestly say it was some of the best southern sweet tea that I’ve had in a long time. I will also give a shout out to Ashley my server because she nailed my order correctly and kept a good watch on me for things I might need and had such a great attitude and smile on her face. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again.

Bushnell Sonny's is a great place to get delicious bbq from an experienced and friendly staff. My favorite is the brisket and sliced turkey-both are flavorful and moist. Of course you have to have some of the famous sweet bbq sauce along with the Sonny's sweet tea. I also recommend the bbq beans and mac and cheese--both great sides. I have had Bushnell Sonny's cater several events. The food has always been delicious with generous portions. The staff goes out of their way to make sure the catering experience is good. If you are looking for good local bbq--Bushnell Sonnys is the place!
