I hate pike coffee that's the only reason I did 4 stars but I love blonde roast but sometimes I go through and they say only pike but I thought starbucks is supposed to give you a choose of regular coffee?

Stopped by this Starbucks while in Bushnell and was pleasantly surprised. It has a very open concept with plenty of seating inside, making it a great spot to relax or get some work done. The layout feels airy and comfortable, not cramped like some other locations. I ordered my usual coffee and it was spot on — hot, fresh, and made just right. The baristas were friendly and efficient, and the place was clean all around. Definitely one of the better Starbucks setups I’ve been to in a while.

Definitely the best Starbucks by far that I have been to and I’ve been to several. Dedicated to make sure that you get exactly what you want! Always greet everyone walking through the door and eager to get to you as soon as possible especially when they are super busy. They jump in and get it done and if it isn’t quite right they will make sure you are satisfied before you leave! Staff and manager are awesome!

I have come here many, many times since you opened. I have experienced the customer service tank, even from the store manager. Half the employees don’t even know what app specials you’re asking for, or like this past weekend, encourage add-ons that take you out of the deal pricing. Why would I ask for the 2 for $10 for you to suggest toppings that make it $12, then you get upset that I asked you to remove them? Part of the problem is not telling us our total until the window. The attitudes here are horrible, from greeting to exit. It’s no wonder this company is low revenue and low stock this year. Your employees hate working here and treat customers as such. Let’s not forget that drinks aren’t filled to the top 75% of the time. I won’t be surprised when this location is closed. Staff are significantly lacking on training.
Very nice staff, had to wait at register with no line, put sugar in my drink and couldn’t drive back because I don’t use sugar. Better luck next time.

This location is always out of stock on something this week it’s chai you never know what they are gonna be out of stock in until you wait 30 minutes in line just for them to tell you what you want to order they are out of. I’ll drive the 15 minutes and go to Dunkin from now on.

Unfortunately they didn't have what was needed to make a Caramel Macchiatto, they made substitutes to make the drink. Had to go to another Starbucks North to remake the drink, which was then fine.

We had great service here. My only suggestion is I got a hot apple crisp macchiato and all the flavor was in the bottom 1/4 of my cup. I’d still come back for the service though!
