Love the ice cream. However, tonight we waited in the car line outside (inside is closed) for over 15 minutes. We got there just before 8 (they close at 8). When it was finally our turn and we approached the window, the girl turned around and slammed the window and refused to serve us. We rang the doorbell on the window but she didn’t come to the window. Very disappointing, could have at least told us they weren’t going to take any more orders instead of having us wait there…
This place depends on what you are looking for. They have an okay selection of Hershey's ice cream in the tubs. The toppings are along the back wall so you have to look at the board to see what they have. They have a sign that says "We now have vanilla custard". When I was there in June, they were "out" and they girl didn't know the status. I like soft ice cream. They have it here, but it's the grainy type, more like frozen yogurt, not the creamy...
This has been one of my favorite places to shop over the last few years. Great selections, the staff are always very nice and accommodating. The only downside is everything is rather pricey,, even for inflation's standards, and will undoubtedly continue to get worse over time.
