The manager with the red hair is very rude to customers and employees. I've heard her refer to the employees as offensive things and have seen her argue with multiple customers. Why hasn't she been fired? The food is usually good as long as my order is correct but she will argue with you if you go in and complain. Maybe she needs more customer service training because that's not how a manger should be acting.
