The manager with the red hair is very rude to customers and employees. I've heard her refer to the employees as offensive things and have seen her argue with multiple customers. Why hasn't she been fired? The food is usually good as long as my order is correct but she will argue with you if you go in and complain. Maybe she needs more customer service training because that's not how a manger should be acting.

Paid for mashed potatoes and gravy made it home and no mashed potatoes.. figures.. called and manager arguing with me said my food was received. Was very rude.

Chalupas were good. Pintos n cheese were really tasty.
Soft Tacos were so SOGGY that we had to throw them in the garbage.. a total of 10 tacos. I went thru the drive thru and drove 7min to home. Ridiculous and such a waste of money.

I went to Taco Bell @11:16 am and ordered a beef bean and cheese burrito, the lady that answered the headset had an attitude and was speaking in a rude tone to the person in front of me. When I got to the speaker it was the same thing. I felt very unwelcomed. Honestly if you don't like the job just leave. The amount of disrespect at that Taco Bell is insane. I really wish something was done about this store. I won't be returning after today. Even the atmosphere of the place set me off. It was very dirty when I looked inside the window.

I will NEVER go to this location again. Door and website say they open at 8am. I had a lovey gentleman tell me they arent ready just yet it would be a little before i would get helped. I decided to stay anyway i was ok with the wait just spending time with my daughter no real place to be. She is 4 so she got tired of siting. 15 mins later. So i was walking her around the restaurant to get her to be a little quieter cuz they were trying to get this ready to open for the day. Again i was told about the wait so no big deal. Till a SUPER rude woman comes out and is super annoyed we are there. Looks at me and my daughter with a huge attitude says "oh your gonna have to give me a while we arent even open yet." Just purly discussed that we were here. So i took my daughter and i left. But there was NO reason we were treated so rudly for wanting to have a nice breakfast together.

Employees are all smoking in the back of the restaurant and going straight to the food line without making effort to wash their hands. The attitude absolutely unacceptable walked out of there without ordering any food for sanitary issues.

Food okay, service terrible. Waited 30 minutes for takeout while drive thru got priority. Gave my meal away and had to wait again. Cashiers were more interested in the trucks in the drive thru than the customers waiting.
