Sat in the drive through for over 5 minutes only one person in front of us. Asked us to wait for e waited. Finally just left and saw them talking to the person at the window. Looked like a friend. Went down the block to Burger King and got everything within 2 minutes hot fresh good food and way better service.

Apparently the employees rely on the kiosk orders. We did not use the kiosk as we were not able to because of the free Frosty key we have for the year that you buy one and you get a small Frosty for free. We stood in front of the cash register for more than 10 minutes We never acknowledged at all. There were people waiting for the orders I had ordered on the kiosk and I heard one customer say I am sick of this kiosk and I'm about ready to leave. We ended up leaving without any order. We have been there several times and the service is extremely slow. The times we have received our orders the food is good it's just taking so long to get the orders You're better off going to the drive-thru as it is more responsive.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to, and I’ve been here multiple times giving them the benefit of the doubt the one ghetto white girl in there constantly has an attitude and EVERY SINGLE TIME we come here they mess up our order or the food is hard, or cold. This store should honestly just be shut down.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Just went through the drive thru and the lady got rude with me when I asked for honey mustard after she ignored me when I first tried to get her attention. Her answer was there is 2 in the bag already and I had 1 10 piece nugget and 2 chicken sandwiches- which I eat the honey mustard on both sandwiches and my nuggets. Needless to say they should never deny a customer condiments bc “they have two already”. Then I tried to call the store to let the manager on duty know and the phone doesnt even ring. Just makes 3 beeping sounds and disconnects.

Disgusting from start to finish. I ordered taco salad. The chili they served was like ketchup water with a few beans thrown in, definitely not at an appropriate temp to fend off bacteria. Same for the salad. I didn't eat it. I went back up and ordered a jr bacon cheese and fries. Did not ask for a refund on the taco salad. The male cashier proceeded to go in the back and make it himself. His hair was atleast shoulder length. No hair net, nothing. The woman on the other side making food was dragging her dirty shirt and belly across peoples food when she had to lean over to grab something. There was no ice in the drink machine (either) and it tasted like those lines hadn't been cleaned in a year. The bathrooms were dirty, unsanitary and broken. A dirty diaper in one, and broken door on the other. The dining tables were not clean, spills from previous guests all over them. Save your health, DO NOT EAT HERE!

When in around 1:00 in the afternoon after 10 minutes could not get my order taken the counter clerk wouldn't even acknowledge me to say I'll be with you in a minute or anything so I walked outCame back a few days later got a salad that ordinarily has a grilled chicken fillet on Top This salad barely had a Sprinkle of chickenI like Wendy's since it's the only one near me I will try again but if it continues I will quitDefinitely done with the chili at this location virtually no meat

Went in the middle of the night driving 2 hrs on my way back home and this was the only place that had their ice cream machine still working. And got to use a coupon for $2 off! So was happy!
Terrible! Nobody knew what they were doing. They messed up 1 order. Didn't start another, and when I asked for a baked potato it was going to take an hour. Worst service ever! I left without ordering anything.

I ordered a chicken wrap, when I got it, I unwrapped it and I was not impressed. The top of the wrap was hot, the bottom was cold. The top had miniscule lettuce at the top and ALL THE CHEESE at the bottom with very little chicken.I hardly ever give a detrimental review, but this is deserved.The service girls were totally acceptable, very pleasant and very helpful.I would not go out of my way to visit this place again.
