“Rich himself took my order. He was very pleasant smiling greeting us. Food was good although my wings were fried a little too hard for my liking. My mom's meal was great. Side order were good except the mac and cheese it seemed as tho the cheese curled, it was clumpy and cheese didnt stick to the noodles.The next day it had a sour taste after reheating had to toss it. Over all a good experience. Wait time was about 35 minutes but they cook to order so I was cool with that 8.5/10“

“We highly recommend Callahan Barbecue. Our Food Truck backed out at last minute and Callahan Barbecue saved the day. They had all we needed to feed over 50 people at last minute. We greatly appreciate them working with us at such short notice. Their food was so delicious and everyone raved about their food. Thanks again for saving the day!“
