Parking: Little resturant big on service and selection. Every experience since opening has been fantastic and now here it is 2024 and nothings changed.. we drive 24 mile round trip... never disappointed... will continue coming until ours locally opens up here in Dinsmore and then we'll see.. until then we are hooked!Kid-friendliness: Kids are king here!

The quality of Zaxby's chicken has really gone down hill. Initially they used good chicken and then did a bait and switch. $23 after tax for sub par boneless wings. They're literally almost the same quality as McDonald's chicken nuggets. If it only takes 30 seconds for your food to be cooked, then you're receiving garbage.

The employees should try to learn the menu a little better. They seem very much overwhelmed even when it's not that busy. But they get the job done and do decent. No real complaints. I only have had issues with my orders when I order online. If I go inside or drive thru, it's usually correct.

I am not sure what the big to-do is about Zaxby's. The Traditional wings taste like they were boiled. No flavor, nothing. And then they short you on the sauce that would at least help these bland boiled thingz. And if you stop by this Zaxby's, make sure you tell them not to pack your cup with ice. Because the 2 or 4 times I've gone for my wife, 3/4 of the cup is ice. It didn't take long for this spot to go down, which is a shame because you want to support local. But if you're going to charge me an arm and a leg and serve this, I'll take my money elsewhere. I'll wait a bit before I give my final recommendation. Right now it's not looking good.Parking: You won't have a problem with parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They have it.

Open at 1030..at 1035 waited 3 minutes to get waited on inside. Got COLD food 8 minutes later. Couldn't get a drink as all in one soda machine shut down and they couldn't get back up. The stand alone ice machine didn't work either. Almost $16.00 for pretty much nothing.

Me and my son ate here today for the first time "10/09/23 3:45pm" at this location. And we have to say, this location is by far, the best one yet. Keep up the amazing service. If possible, can you guys go to the yulee location and retrain them,lol. They could use it. Edit: the reason for the 5 stars, the food was cooked to the quality "great" that all Zaxbys should be doing, and the great customer service was right on point. Overall great job.
