I was in zaxbys Callahan at 2:20pm today on 12/19/25. I waited at front counter for 3-4 mins before the girl at the front counter even noticed me. She had her back turned cutting a box open. But she noticed that there was 4 cars in drive thru! Then she noticed me at front counter. She said ‘give me a minute & I’ll be with you.’ as she walked to the back. My husband, my children and I all went today for a pickup order to be ready @1:30 p.m. Upon arrival we were early, so we went ahead and wanted to make our drinks so when the food came out we could head home, we had 5 meals so I needed a drink carrier and the employee Mason threw the drink carrier across the counter at me and my husband and I both said something because that’s absolutely disrespectful!!
