Whataburger in Callaway offers a great fast food experience with easy parking and a clean environment. The restaurant smells clean and looks fabulous, thanks to the efforts of the cleaning crew, including Juan. The staff are known for their friendliness and excellent service. Gabriella is highlighted for being very kind and helpful when greeting customers. While some customers have had issues with Door Dash, the manager was extremely compensating and personally delivered food. Although the food is good, one customer experienced a long wait for a normal burger and fries, even when the restaurant was not busy. Another customer found the lady taking their order to be very rude and rushed. However, Jazlyn is recognized for her hard work, running around the restaurant with a smile and providing great customer service. Cody is also praised as a really friendly guy who makes customers feel valued, and even teenagers have noticed his enthusiasm for his job. The restaurant is commended for its cleanliness and quick service, making it a recommended spot for a satisfying meal.
