Terrible experience...the French Dip had mayonnaise on the bread which was old...I couldn't do anything but throw it away....stay away from this place...I didn't go back for a refund...the food was that bad.

Once again this location failed to complete my order and somehow missed adding fries. I wish I could recommend them but they seem to be following the majority of fast food locations in this area and can’t follow the most basic orders. It’s always missing instead of adding items. I do not recommend this location and if you do very carefully check your order.

Just went through the drive through ordered 2 bacon ranch sandwiches paid for extra lettuce and tomatoes received NO lettuce my husband said even asked the fella taking order to double check with the extras he said he would well that didn't happen either order I'd isABB5CNCNAGBF Nikita 12/5/ 2025 12:50pm this was the drive through so they got 2 bucks out off me not good

Ordered a double roast beef, was eating potato cakes and about to have my sandwich when my wife noticed something shiny in the meat from her side of the table. Looked myself and found more all through the meat. Took it back up front and let the staff know, and they offered to remake it, along with my wife’s French dip. Later they explained that the person slicing the roast beef was pushing down too hard and the roast beef chunk was almost out, so he ended up slicing the part of the machine that holds the beef from above into the sandwich. Very thankful my wife noticed, who knows what would have happened if I ingested all those metal shards. After it was all over we could hear staff joking and laughing in the back(it was late evening and slow), so apparently nobody thought it was a big deal.

I’ve ordered a Ruben with no sauerkraut on multiple occasions and this location is the only one that still puts sauerkraut even when they say they can make it with no sauerkraut. The sandwich is great when made right
This location is clean and the staff is friendly. It's always nice when you walk into an Arby's and your feet don't stick to the floor. Great job!

Night manager I believe there's 2 females are phenomenal. I messed up order on 2 different occasions on line and they helped out. Best Arby's in area. I live 25 miles away but will stop there before work. Always fresh warm and delicious
