My daughter and I are regular customers of Arby's located at 1494 South Highway 29 Cantonment, Florida 32533. The store Manager, Alma Richardson and the Assistant Manager Nikita Williams are always friendly, professional and they greet their customers with a smile. The food is delicious and it is prepared as required (not greasy). If a customer has a concern they promptly resolve the matter courteously and without hesitation. Their new strawberry milkshake is phenomenal customer service wasn't like it normally is my shakes were just about thrown out the window at me and that was it I feel like I'm very fortunate that I even got straws with them

I do enjoy Arby's very much. However over the last few months I have visited 3 times. Unfortunately every one of those visits I was told they were out of roast beef. Such a disappointment. I understand that restaurants run out of things but to be out of your top selling item every time is a odd. Maybe it was a staffing issue. But either way this was over a several month period.

The cashier that was at the drive-thru was very pleasant. But I have to say that the fries were not as pleasant I had gotten two orders of the crinkle fries They tasted like they had been double dipped in old grease. I may not want different fries because the grease is old and they'll be nasty as well.
I just has the worst fast food experience at what WAS my favorite F.F. chain. We went in to order and I spent over $25 on food to go only to find (already at home) the Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwiches I paid for consisted of only buns and 2 slivers of bacon. All 3 of them! They were all wrapped nicely and it wasn't busy. As a former chef at Disney, It was obvious someone was intoxicated or WANTED to be fired. None of us are happy about this and would like to reach out to the Owner.
Parking: The number of spots were limited.
Kid-friendliness: they have over priced kid meals.

Only gave this place one star just so I could leave a review. I’m absolutely appalled by what they gave me. I posted a couple pictures. Fries tastes under cooked. Wasn’t even filled up. The gyro look like my dog regurgitated it. Called 5 times that day no one answered. Save your hard earned money. Wouldn’t pay a dime for what I got.

I go to Arby’s every day after work because I’m craving things on the menu & every day they mess my order up. I just ordered a bacon & Swiss meal with extra honey mustard sauce & they literally get the order wrong every single time. I went back to the drive so they can fix the order & they did my sandwich the same exact way. I didn’t notice until I got up the highway & didn’t want to turn around for the second time. I called the store over & over & no one would answer the phone. I will never go back, didn’t know adding extra honey mustard was so difficult.

By far the best Arby's experience that we have had! Service was accurate and very pleasant. Food was ready in a timely manner, which for this area is rare. Establishment was clean and maintained. I realize this is just a fast food joint, but all the things listed are definitely not the standard.
