I went through the drive through at Burger King and gave the attendant the three discount codes I wanted. He repeated them back to me and they were correct. I drive around to the window and the attendant tells me I am only allowed two codes. I repeat again to her which is fine that our drinks are unsweetened tea and that I will pay regular price for the third item. Another attendant leans close to the one who’s working with me and says loud enough for me to hear, “She doesn’t know what she wants “. I won’t be going back to this location 😞

The sandwich was fantastic but the manager put 2 large cold hash browns inside my bag and the bad thing about it I came on the inside not drive thru. When I said that the hash browns was cold she gets an attitude and yell at the guy in the back to drop some fresh hash browns down. I told her don’t bother that’s okay we are good. It is too early in the morning and if you can’t deal with customers you are in the wrong line of work

I order the iced mocha no ice all the time and today they left literally a third of the drink out because “they normally put ice” so they just purposefully left out the drink and said there’s a line but they didn’t even fill it to any of the lines in the drink. It was 3.18 for a coffee and they couldn’t fill it even remotely up. Tired of bs like this.

Every time I come to this store through drive through I’m always asked to park somewhere else. Pulling a trailer that makes it difficult. I asked why today, and it’s because they are really trying to beat their timer. I feel timer is there for a reason, and why make it harder for the customer? I really think this needs to be addressed per management or district.

On a positive note the restaurant was cleaned and decorated nicely. Air conditioning in felt wonderful.
Downside. Stood in line with zero response from behind the counter as three female employees questioned where a burger went for a drive through order. Several (cars in line waiting) inside patrons had receipts as they sat waiting for their food, and another gentleman came in behind me with receipt in hand.. probably for something missing or incorrect order. I only had a short lunch break so, I left and went to Arby's. Zero wait time at Arby's in and out in less than 3 minutes.

Employees were kind, nice, and proficient. The food was terrible. The chicken wraps were horrible, I ordered one of each the original, honey mustard, and the spicy, aka firey. None of them were good. Not enough chicken for the 2.99 price of the tiny little wrap. Too much lettuce and tomatoe and not enough chicken. Didn't finish the wraps just ate the tiny piece of chicken from the 3 wraps. Will never order again

I really do love eating at Burger King but this time the burger was not made fresh the meat was actually not even warm but I can say that the cashier that was waiting on me was very knowledgeable very friendly great personality great attitude I think her name was Faye

This was by far the best Burger King I have been to. The employees were awesome, and the food was 10 times better than my local bk.
The food was ready on time and great. The hash rounds were cooked to perfection. The staff was amazing!
