We stumbled across Cave-in ice cream a few months ago. An acquaintance of ours told us that we can get Bones Coffee there and that Cave-in has a very large selection of the coffee. While we were at Cave-in to get the coffee, we decided to have some ice cream. I was very impressed with the selection they have, over 40 different flavors of ice cream! Not only do they have an amazing selection, but the ice cream is delicious as well! The waffle cones are also very good. We have been going back for ice cream and coffee many times. In my opinion, they have the best ice cream in all of Pensacola/Cantonment. It’s a family run business, which makes it even better. I would highly recommend for all of you to try their ice cream. It is so worth the trip!!

Perfect place to cool off after a long day of adulting. I went with the rocky road in their homemade waffle cone, and it was so good, I’m pretty sure the cone whispered, "Welcome to flavor town, population: you." With a cone that fresh and crispy, this place is your perfect excuse to eat dessert before dinner—no judgment here, just pure, sweet bliss.

Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given! Best ice cream we have had in our lives. We had the birthday cake in a fresh cone and also sampled the banana pudding.
This place is a Diamond in the rough. The owner was so laid back and nice to talk to, too. Amazing ice cream & clean environment. Very reasonably priced and they didn’t skimp on the portion.

My wife had ming chocolate chip, our baby had chocolate with chocolate sprinkles and I had rocky road. The server was exceptional, super friendly and very patient. Comfortable seating and a nice family atmosphere. I'm not sure what brand the ice cream is but it is phenomenal with a very reasonable price. This is our new ice cream stop. Thank you.

The ice cream is delicious! The one on the left is Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffle with Skittles. The one on the right is Coffeehouse Cookies and Cream with Reese Pieces that has been my go to for 7 months I recommend it

They are always friendly and patient when you can't decide on a flavor. Lots of flavors from which to choose! They have ready made pints, ice cream pies and push pops in different flavors. Homemade waffle cones give the store a very pleasant smell!
