Cave In is the perfect spot for great ice cream and a fun atmosphere! With a variety of rich, unique options and friendly service, it’s the ideal place to grab a sweet treat and enjoy some down time. The coffeehouse cookies & cream deserves 5 stars, and the kids love the Superman or Cotton Candy. The handcrafted milkshakes are top tier! Looking forward to a cake when the time comes. Highly recommend!

My family and I are visiting from St. Louis and had a craving for ice cream—so glad we stumbled upon this gem! The ice cream is absolutely delicious, and the portions are super generous. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming; we felt the good vibes the moment we walked in. I didn’t even get a chance to take pictures because once I took a bite, I couldn’t stop! My only complaint? They don’t have a location in St. Louis! 😫

The ice cream was good. But the fact that I walked into an establishment, made eye contact with the employee and didn’t get acknowledged by any means is disappointing. I expect this kind of treatment from a chain establishment but not at a locally owned shop who needs customers in order to survive and stay afloat. Maybe I’m old fashioned. Maybe I’m accustomed to people speaking to you when you enter and establishment. Maybe I’m just different than most folks. But the employee walked right past us to clean a table and still didn’t say a word to us. It’s a shame when good ole hospitality goes out the window.
