We had the most tender smothered pork chops rice with delicious seasoning gravy. The collard greens were seasoned to perfection with plenty of meat. That cornbread brought back memories of my grandmother’s cornbread. The yams melted into your mouth. It was so much food. We will be back, very soon.

Been trying to get here for a year since I first heard about it, but they're only open on Sunday and I used to work Sundays. Anyway so glad I finally went. I got the smothered pork chops, they were perfect and tender, and the gravy was excellent also. They're green beans had good flavor and chunks of meat. Everything was as good I'd hoped. Just wish I had gotten there sooner.

Ordered the smothered pork chops over rice, mac and cheese, corn muffins, and collards. Everything was amazing. Food was seasoned perfectly and the portion size is enough for 2 people. Also got the strawberry short cake which did not disappoint. The restaurant is ran by a great group of people and would definitely recommend eating here.

I just would like to say that I had the most delicious smothered pork chop meal, yesterday! I wanted a pork chop so bad yesterday, but I did not want to cook. It was well seasoned (not salty) & plentiful! I will probably be back there on this Sunday, for my whole family. I had the smothered pork chops over rice, macaroni and cheese, collard greens with a lil spice , and cornbread! That gravy made me think that I was sitting at Ruby L. Moore’s (Big Momma) table!!! 😂😂😂 I wish I could add a picture because I was able to put half of that meal on a plate and enjoy it. And then I had the other half today, not for lunch because I couldn’t wait, but for breakfast and I’m not ashamed! 😂😂😂 *chef’s kiss* May God continue to bless this business and bless the hands that are continuing a dream! I will definitely be back.

We ordered food for 35 people for our church’s Family and Friends Day — and it was more than enough! The food was hot, seasoned to the bone, and ready right on time. The guy on the grill had the smoker going as I pulled up, and it smelled absolutely delicious. I got some help loading everything up, and although I didn’t get many pictures of our setup, if my to-go plate says anything… just know I’m going to enjoy every bite myself!

Bomb food! No pictures b/c our plates were gone in like 2 minutes. As a Texan and life long southerner I am critical of my BBQ but the smoked brisket was delicious. We got mashed potatoes, green beans, dressing, and Mac and cheese between my husband and I and all of it was great. We love supporting small businesses and will definitely be back soon! Cannot recommend enough.
