Order cheesesteak puffs but was given pepperoni puffs called the store. The person answered and told me they did not have cheese steak and so they gave me pepperoni puffs and told me if I didn’t like it to call and get a refund. They wasn’t replacing it bad customer service.

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas for pickup, pickuped them up got home pulled a piece out and took a bite....to find neither pizza was stuffed crust. Called the store...sorry can't help you since you ate some. Well, you lost my business. Plenty of other pizza places to order from.

This location has gotten worse and worse here recently. Used to be my family's FAV. Not no more. They make me feel as if I'm bothering them, the service is just horrible. I dunno what happened but I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I had an awful experience at this Little Caesars location last night. The lady at the drive-thru window with was unbelievably rude. I pulled up to order, and she barely acknowledged me and before I could say a word she says all we have is hot and readys. I wanted a supreme , my kids like it. Her tone was condescending, the. I was told park and it would be 10 minutes well 30 mins later I finally drove back up around 930 pm and they told me they couldn't see me that my food has been done..i was the only car in the lot??!? Looking at the window the whole time. I could see females talking and giggling inside. The food was little cold but fine, but her attitude and how I was treated ruined the whole trip. I’ve eaten here before without issues, so this was a shock. Management needs to address her behavior or replace her and the customer service this bad shouldn’t be tolerated it's not like I used to be and Won’t be back unless this changes.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I don't even see how it has almost 4 when most of the new reviews are all bad? Not to rant but I’ve been hitting up the Little Caesars at for a while, but the last few months/times were a total letdown, so I’m done. They don't wear name tags or I'd say But, The older lady with glasses? who’s always at the window? She is SUPER rude. Last month, I got a large pepperoni pizza and a Crazy Bread, and she charged me $18 or so when it should’ve been like $12? When I called it out, she just shrugged and snapped, ‘That’s what the system says,’ with a nasty attitude. One time, I saw her tell some guy not to come back after he asked about a delay, saying, ‘We don’t need your business,’ in front of everyone there! She’s always short with people and makes it feel like a hassle to order. Like I'm the one being a nuisance... I’ve tried to let it slide, but the consistent overcharging and rudeness are too much. I tell you, management better do something, or this place is gonna lose more and more customers. I’d skip it unless they get rid of her. RANT OVER.

Had to wait so they gave us a pager. The pager never went off and the guy flagged us from the window. Upon arrival said they paged us 5 or 6 times. The pizza was not properly made, the wings were too peppered to eat, the cheesy bread came without shipping sauce. A colossal waste of 25$ and my supper was ruined.

I'd placed a deliver order. Driver kept texting saying he couldn't find me. I texted description of my home. Although it is well marked. Also tried calling he didn't answer. I did not get my food he gave it to someone else. Now I'm waiting to see if I can get a refund from door dash. The store told me they are not responsible. Door dash is telling me it has to be reviewed for a refund. I have security cameras will gladly show no delivery. So now I wait to see if I get my money back and no dinner. Very disappointed .

To wait almost 20 minutes from order to pickup and to STILL recieve an undercooked product is insane. The middle of my Detroit-Style Squares was inedible. There was maybe 1 inch of cooked dough around the outside edge and the rest was severely underbaked.
