I just don’t understood why I can’t get extra sauce when I order it on the pizza. This is the third time that I got a dry pizza. I stopped going here after the last one but wanted to try it again and the same thing, a dry pizza after ordering extra sauce. I don’t think this one had any sauce as you can see in the picture.

Made an order and had to wait way to long, my order said it was done on the app and they hadn't even started on it when I walked in, had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. Their only excuse for the lateness of my order and everyone else's while I was there was that they had no idea how to got so far behind. Very bad management on how they run their orders, I will not be going back to this franchise after this incident and multiple like it before.

Don’t get what has happened with this place. We used to order often and get food maybe 30 mins. Well we ordered food and was told it would be 30-40 mins. Well it was almost an hour and no update so I called. Basically got told “well we have drivers but if it’s gonna take long we will have dasher deliver” I was like well you shouldn’t quote a time if you don’t have drivers. After over an hour we finally got our pizza and wings but of course they forgot the sauce and drink. Very disappointed and the call center or store wouldn’t even apologize or anything. Not wasting my time to call about missing items.

And why is it such a freaking hassle to even get an order from you, because I remember the last time that I ordered from Pizza Hut guess what it took the freaking driver for freaking ecer and then he still didn't get here on time so I told him to take the pizza and shove it, and the time before that I ordered from Pizza Hut and it took the driver for freaking ever and he put it on my neighbor's porch and it was winter time, so I will definitely never order anything else from you pizza hut never and I am going to share it with everyone
