Ordered a delivery, no delivery for over an hour! Tried calling and nobody answers the phones!!

9/10 times we've ordered there's been issues. Made wrong, wrong order altogether, old and stale.

Made an order and had to wait way to long, my order said it was done on the app and they hadn't even started on it when I walked in, had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. Their only excuse for the lateness of my order and everyone else's while I was there was that they had no idea how to got so far behind. Very bad management on how they run their orders, I will not be going back to this franchise after this incident and multiple like it before.

So the food was hot and fresh.....just made wrong....
Don’t get what has happened with this place. We used to order often and get food maybe 30 mins. Well we ordered food and was told it would be 30-40 mins. Well it was almost an hour and no update so I called. Basically got told “well we have drivers but if it’s gonna take long we will have dasher deliver” I was like well you shouldn’t quote a time if you don’t have drivers. After over an hour we finally got our pizza and wings but of course they forgot the sauce and drink. Very disappointed and the call center or store wouldn’t even apologize or anything. Not wasting my time to call about missing items.

And why is it such a freaking hassle to even get an order from you, because I remember the last time that I ordered from Pizza Hut guess what it took the freaking driver for freaking ecer and then he still didn't get here on time so I told him to take the pizza and shove it, and the time before that I ordered from Pizza Hut and it took the driver for freaking ever and he put it on my neighbor's porch and it was winter time, so I will definitely never order anything else from you pizza hut never and I am going to share it with everyone

I ordered by phone, so atmosphere doesn’t apply. It was a busy time of day. Could hear nonstop phones in the background. Took my order plus sold me an upgrade for extra cheese. All good. It’s a “DoorDash” delivery area. I’m not a huge fan but you take what you can get when you’re in the boondocks and disabled. That’s also where the shipwreck happened. I live in an RV right beside my son’s house. Made that painfully clear when I ordered. “Dasher” couldn’t find me and phone number they sent only went to v mail and texts were ignored apparently. So they returned the pizza. I called and was just calling to say it was all good and I would try again sometime. No. They wanted to replace the order. So okay. DoorDash again. At least this one brings a pizza. And an order of breadsticks. Bonus. No charge. I think it’s nice of them. So eat a couple of breadsticks. Open the pizza. Totally wrong. Oh well. So I eat some of it and decide to see what the receipt says since it was no charge. Oops. DoorDash gave me someone else’s order and I’ve eaten some of it already. About then. I get a text from DoorDash that they have picked up my order and are headed to me. Hmm. Okay. So a few minutes later another pizza shows up at no charge. This is my original order. It’s one of the best pizzas I’ve eaten in a long time. I’m just sorry for Pizza Hut losing money because DoorDash has a bunch of apathetic kids delivering for them. I think my next order, I will pick it up.

Ordered over 45 minutes before they close and no food nor call gotta love it
I ordered from this pizza hut tonight, after spending the entire day working in the yard. We were all so hungry. My order consisted of pizzas and breadsticks for the grand babies and wings for me. I ordered the wings naked with a side of Bleu cheese. When my order came there was no Bleu cheese. :-( I called and the manager very quickly apologized and told me it would be on its way. My Bleu cheese arrived with a sprite and dessert. Thanks so much for fixing the issue so quickly. You have won me over. The manager didnt know this, but I just moved to this delivery area and this was my first time ordering from this location.
Last time for Pizza Hut. Hard to give a good review when you don't get all your food. Order was 25 minutes later than the estimated time. We did not receive three of the dipping sauces we paid for. I called within a few minutes of receiving our order and was transferred to a supervisor and I hung up after waiting on hold for 11 minutes. I called back and was asked if I wanted a refund. I said I would rather have the sauces that we ordered to use with the pizza. He said it would be thirty minutes. It has now been 2 hours. I should have asked for a refund since it doesn't look like we are going to get the sauces. I just called for the 4th time and was told if the local store doesn't answer the call center answers, but the call center can't issue a refund they can only issue a credit against a future order. I guess I am out of luck since there will never be a future Pizza Hut order. This is the worst service and system.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered pizza and apparently door dash delivers at this location so door dash customer service calls to confirm I got my order and I told them no I did not. So I wait about 15 more minutes call the local pizza hut I ordered from and explained what happened and he said oh they probably stole it. So DO NOT order from this store unless you want your dinner stolen by a door dasher!
