Ordered online for pickup at night around 6PM. The place was empty, looked dirty, was too warm, didn't smell right. Service was fine. Lettuce and Tomatoes on the burgers were old looking, buns were stale.

Asked for a 10 spicy nugget meal and that’s IT. They gave me NINE. Have had cold fries in the past, no sauce in the bag. Or making big orders and missing a major portion of the meal. Always something.

Awful…..went thru drive thru about 10:15. Ordered 2 biggie bags and the special jbc meal. The tea was horrible and when we finally got our food, everything was freezing COLD. The burgers, the fries and the nuggets in all of our bags. One of the burgers was wrong and all the bread was stale. Terrible experience and waste of $23!!! Won’t be back!

Should change the name from drive-thru to drive up and pull over and wait 5 to 10 minutes. It's ridiculous I come through here all the time and always have to pull over and wait for my food they think they're getting good marks for moving you out of line I assume.
It's a Wendy's. What is there to say? The folks here took good care of us. Good quality food.

When I went no one was in line, I ordered my food I didn’t receive not one fry, I tried to call to tell them, they didn’t even answer the phone.
It's the worst fast food you can get. Their fries are awful.
