The worst French fries, like scrap from bottom of the bag. They no longer serve Chili cheese baked potatoes. Chicken nuggets were tough. I will not stop in there for food again.

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by this specific Wendy’s Restaurant. My husband and I decided to stop and order food this evening from here and needless to say it was a HOT MESS EXPRESS! The male manager who was on duty 08/04/2025 at 10:30PM tonight was rude and disrespectful. He allowed us to order our meals then told us that they were out of FRIES, DRINKS, and NUGGETS. We were then notified that they had an emergency truck pull up and it had what we were missing. We were then told to pull forward to wait which took 35 minutes for us to receive COLD food. The fries weren’t hot as if they had just come up. The burgers were cold, nasty, and stale from sitting. The nuggets tasted weird. Mark my words I will not be back. However, I wanted to be sure to leave this review and let the Cantonment community to not eat at this Wendy’s. They are a NASTY! I’m not sure what’s going on with staffing but this was unacceptable Wendy’s.

We ordered our food and they got it ALL wrong. Then I went in to go get fries the they forgot AND the tomato and lettuce they ALSO forgot then we got the manager up because there was just so many problems with our food and the manager said she took our order and SAID that we didn’t ask for tomato and lettuce 🙄 never coming again.

Just because this place wants to get their drive through times down, they make their customers pull off into a parking space to waste their gas and time. On top of that, they bring my food out to the car and forget my drink. Avoid this fast food location, like the plague.
When it is not your busy times of the day, why serve French fries that you know very well have just been sitting there? I’m sure fries are one of the quickest items to cook on your menu, yet your lack of pride in a job you applied to work at will win every time! Seventeen dollars down the drain on a cold, disgusting meal like would it kill you people to just ask customers to pull forward while you prepare some fresh food? Most I’m sure would not decline.Yet considering you all track record, I’m the least surprised. Do better and please hire new management!!!!!!

Ended up walking out before ordering because staff was handling food after handling money without washing thier hands or putting on gloves vary unsanitary. Staff had left money drawer open and walked away from the register while it was wide open perfect opportunity to be robbed.
