It took 20 min to complete my order; including me going back to counter asking about my order after orders before and after me had been filled. McDonalds needs to return to the glory days of fast food service.

Customer service has gone down in alot of these stores definitely need to up there service game and be more customer oriented more friendlier instead of been on there phones and looking at us in disgus as we didn't do self service and a bloody robot machine after all humans service was here before electronics

At 8:30 in the morning the doors are locked and the lanes for drive-thru are blocked. They must really hate money.
Great place for a quick bite to eat on the way to get on the cruise ship or once you get off and are heading home. It was clean. Staff was nice.
