Customer service has gone down in alot of these stores definitely need to up there service game and be more customer oriented more friendlier instead of been on there phones and looking at us in disgus as we didn't do self service and a bloody robot machine after all humans service was here before electronics
Everyone very pleasant. Fast service in side. They were mopping the floor and had some chairs turn on tables. And it wasn't even 8:00 yet.There was no toilet paper in the first stall in the ladies room & the storm was so small I had to turn sideways and open the door all the way just to get in and out.I got a Oreo mint frappe to go. Dinette wasn't mixed in very well so it wasn't as good as it could have been.

It took 20 min to complete my order; including me going back to counter asking about my order after orders before and after me had been filled. McDonalds needs to return to the glory days of fast food service.
