Spent 3 days (Feb 2024) at the Radisson at the port, Cape Canaveral. We (4 adults and 2 children) were super impressed with the breakfast buffet at the Flamingo Restaurant inside. We have 2 family members who are gluten-free, soy and dairy free and we appreciated the extra care Brenda took in preparing their omelets. The food we had was good, but they were not running the breakfast buffet when we were there, and they were out of eggs for breakfast. Kaytlynn was our server, and she did a great job managing some difficult situations at other tables.

This breakfast buffet was great! Flew in from Las Vegas on a Red Eye and immediately went to breakfast. Reasonable pricing and really good food. Kaytlynn, from New Mexico was an amazing server. Our drinks were always refilled and had great conversation and down to earth. She actually recommended some great tourist attractions for the day as we wait to board for our cruise the next day. Kaytlynn 10/10 Stars!
