Sage Bistro is an excellent restaurant, known for its top-notch and fresh food, as well as unique daily specials. The owner, Jeanne, ensures a welcoming atmosphere with her hospitality and genuine care for every guest. The staff is friendly, professional, and fun. While some changes have been made to the menu, such as the removal of the German section and a different steak selection, the salmon tacos with a rosemary/sage seasoning are a must-try. The chef even comes out to ask about the food.
