Bahia Bowls Cape Coral

When i walked into this Bahia bowl the smell of some kind of air freshener (which should not be allowed in food establishments!!) was very very strong. That smell tainted my Bahia bowl fruit and i tried calling the store but no answer. I could not eat the Acai bowls i bought for myself and husband. The taste was horrible and the fruit tastes like air freshener!! I want a refund. This is unacceptable.

Their app is glitchy it won’t let me redeem my free bowl so I went in and tried to redeem in person, the cashier was very rude about it they refused to just honor it or give me any discount or help with it when she can very clearly see there’s a valid reward. I decided to order anyway but for some reason the price was different in person than on the app? I gave her my number but it never loaded points to my app not that you can even use your rewards anyway. I got my pitaya bowl and there’s chunks of ice in it… for 16$ they should be using pretty much 100% fruit not some fruit and ice mixed in with it. I think she also gave me 3 banana slices and the amount of coconut was just a garnish. Overpriced and rude. Probably won’t be back. Also I appreciate a clean store which it was but the amount of fabulouso they use is crazy it will have your eyes burning

Def cured my acai craving. They let you freestyle any toppings you want on there. Everything tasted fresh. Could probably eat this everyday and never get sick of it lol. They also had granola balls my friend got that she really liked.

We came in around 3pm on Saturday and the two women helping us were amazing and patient and did a great job with the food. Food was amazing and the strawberry smoothie was refreshing and and it wasn't so thick you couldn't drink it it was perfect.

I went here because the prices were better compared to other smoothie places. As soon as I walked in I was met with the smell of cleaning chemicals. I got my bowl super quickly, but when I got home and started eating it, it tasted like the chemicals I smelt before, which was really off putting.

I’m writing to share a recent experience at this location that was genuinely disappointing and concerning from a customer service standpoint.

During my visit, the employees on duty were rude and gave off the clear impression that they did not want to take our order. From their tone to their behavior, we felt unwelcome and like an inconvenience simply for trying to order bowls. There was no friendliness, no effort to be helpful, and no basic level of customer courtesy.

I chose to visit Bahia Bowl expecting a positive and welcoming experience, especially given the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression and made us question whether we would want to return or recommend the location to others.

I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it can be addressed with the staff, as experiences like this can easily drive customers away. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and hope future customers receive the level of service that should be standard.

The food is not great. Just mediocre. The prices are ridiculously high. If you are a kid and can't tell the difference between decent and dull food, and you have no understanding or respect for the value of money, you will probably think you are cool for going here.

I’ve given this place too many chances, and after two terrible experiences in a single week, I’m officially done.

On one visit, the staff was completely dismissive when I explained that I’m allergic to banana. I was forced to order online because they wouldn’t take the order over the phone, but the box for allergy notes was greyed out. When I called to confirm they wouldn’t add banana, the girl just answered “hello”, not the business name, and when I clarified about my allergy, she snapped, “um yeah, I know.”

Today, my husband went in to grab my order, and they suddenly claimed they “couldn’t make” the açaí base without banana. When he explained (again) that I’m allergic, she doubled down, until I got on the phone and pointed out they’ve done it every single time before. Only then did she agree to do it, and after we hung up, she continued talking down to my husband, saying, “I’ve been here the longest and I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

The customer service here is absolutely awful, rude, defensive, and completely unprofessional. I stopped coming here months ago hoping things would improve, but clearly management doesn’t care or train their employees to treat customers with basic respect.

I love the bowls here, but these employees have made it impossible. We won’t be coming back.

We absolutely love coming to Bahia Bowls, and a huge part of that is thanks to Jasmine! She is always so patient, kind, and attentive with our 3-year-old. She takes her time, makes him feel comfortable, and shows such genuine care. Our son Malcolm adores her—he even asks for her by name every time we come in! It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like Jasmine does, and we’re so grateful for the amazing experience she gives our family every visit.
