Came in @ 10:55, they close at 12am, and it was the only place open around Cape Coral. When we walked in I was told they did “last call” for tables before I walked in so they were only doing takeout…. Nvr heard that term before except at a bar. I’m a general manager of a restaurant and used to actually work for Buffalo Wild Wings a while ago and was never allowed to turn people away if they came in an hour before close…… anyways I would have spent more if I had been able to stay and eat but instead we had to get take out so I never got to order apps, and drinks from the bar which I really wanted and wasn’t getting the desert to take home so money missed for them w/e. But very disappointed! Also I was gonna order a bar drink while I waited on my Togo and was told that I couldn’t… guess this place doesn’t want business.

Wings were overcooked, burger was great however. Service was not great with noone there. I once left because approached me at the wait to be seated sign for five minutes. Needs some work.

I went here on Wednesday night for dinner with my family(4 of us) it was around 6pm. The place was completely dead, only 5 tables including ours, and maybe 3 people at the bar. Although we were seated immediately, the service at this place is terrible!! We haven't been here in months for this reason but I was willing to give it another shot.... We waited 15 mins for sweet teas, my daughter never got her milk that I paid for. The systems "went down" is what we were told, but as we could all see, the first booth was being used by the servers and they were eating instead of taking care of the very few tables they had. This place has majorly gone down hill and continues to get worse. The staff obviously don't care about customer service.. When we were done eating and my baby was getting fussy, we then had to track down the server from his food and co-worker to get our bill... This place needs new management and staff. We will not be going here again.

I have never left a review. But after today’s experience I felt compelled to. I ordered $90 worth of food to go and had my son go and pick it up. When he came home with the food, we realized we were missing a meal. So I had to take the 30 min round trip to go back and pick up the missing order. I called a few times and no one answered. Finally after the 3rd time someone answered and I told them what happened and they said it be ready it 15 mins. I was ok with that, it wasn’t until I arrive to pick up my order that I noticed I was still missing the fries. So I waited another 15 mins for fries and when they came I asked the younger heavy set blond girl if I could also have celery and carrots. Her response with a nasty attitude is you have to pay for them. So being that I’m upset already naturally I may not be the nicest person. She told me I have to pay for them. So I said really after everything that just happened. And she responded in a not so nice way with, yes. I asked her if she had an attitude and she said I’m giving you the same attitude you’re giving me. Really though when is it ok to be nasty to the customer especially when you guys were the ones who messed up my order completely. Needless to say I am boycotting Buffalo Wild Wings on pine island.

This place has gone down hill fast. The last 2 times I went there, terrible. One of those 2 times, when I went to pay out, had 3 different amounts within 5 minutes. The last time, asked for drinks, was billed for drinks, then 10-15 minutes later had to ask for those drinks. She said she was sorry because she was busy. I called her over from a conversation she was having with 2 of the 7 people sitting at the bar. I don't call that busy, I call it bad service. This place used to be great to go to, but now, I will not go back and do not recommend it to anyone from town or vacationing.

Monday, March 11, 2024@ 9:18 PM - 10:43 PMOur host was nicer than ever, but then offered us free food for some reason; which we politely declined. Any way, we paid for two entrees with a $100 bill, and when we received our change it was $20 short, or $21 if you round up from the coins they kept too.We ask that this be addressed immediately!!! There is a lot more to this but we felt strongly uncomfortable, we had to leave.

Every few months I think “maybe it won’t be that bad” or “maybe they’ve gotten better” because I do generally like BWW. But this location needs some serious attention. Today I brought my daughter here for lunch. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to greet us and take our order, then another 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. My drink was not correct, and even though I sat it at the end of my table with it being clearly still full, the waitress never commented on it or even acknowledged it. Every time she came to the table she apologized for the wait but was very inattentive, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. The food was lukewarm and the service was terrible. I’ve learned my lesson, to not expect anything from this restaurant and I’m done giving them second chances.

It's not that the food is horrible, it's just not for me. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was relaxing and very enjoyable. I had a great time with my son. I just personally don't like the food!

I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings. However, this location is the worst I have ever seen by far!The employees clearly dont like their jobs.(which I understand to an extent) but they just don’t care.Zero customer service.Management was no where to be found.I ordered takeout and stood there for 14 minutes without a single employee addressing me with even a simple gesture of “hey we will be with you in a minute”NOTHING!I am so displeased with this location because I this isnt my first bad experience at the Cape Coral location.I haven’t even tried my food yet. I did not want to wait to post the is review. The location needs help all around.To the server watching her phone behind the kiosk. Maybe turn your videos down so it doesn’t disturb customers.Will not eat here again

The food was decent. I wanted wet wings, and they came exactly as ordered. The drink refills flowed and I have to say that the service was fantastic! My little group had a blast!
