Just witnessed a customer having a big fit because the staff is dealing with an inspection so yes it is taking a bit longer and he was being super rude towards the staff. Management handled the situation so well and was very respectful to myself and my sons waiting due to the others customers ignorance. Shout out to the managers and staff and dealing with rude people while being professional!
My nephew had the chicken sandwich and I had the double burger. Both were cooked perfectly and both were very tasty. I haven't had Checkers in years, but I'm glad the fries are still amazing. The service was okay.
Good food in good portions all for a low price. The aesthetic feels like a 40s-60s diner in a way and it’s like stepping into a Time Machine whenever ordering. The customer service was great as well. Our original server forgot part of our order, but even after an hour or so, the Assistant Manager (thank you Stacey) gave us a fresh replacement WITH EXTRAS. Wonderful place.
