I had never been here but was in the neighborhood and decided to try them out. From the very beginning the attitude from my server Nancy was different than the other servers.. the others were more interactive and seemed to enjoy their time more. My server never refilled my drink (another server had to do it after I asked) I had boneless spare ribs that were entirely too sweet. Rice was good and eggroll was good too. My chips with duck sauce were soggy because it looked like they just washed a plate and never dried it and just threw the fried chips on top of a wet plate so it all turned to mush. Overall food was ok.. service sucked completely. I spent a little over $24 for just my meal alone with tip..

Awesome does not do Chen’s justice. I’ve rated all a 5 Star + if you want outstandingly no food, top notch service and clean comfortable atmosphere, this is your best choice.Service is impressive and personable. The best Chinese I have put in my mouth. Over-the-top!I can’t say enough good things about this place.

My husband and I ate an early dinner tonight for the first and last time at this overrated restaurant. We both ordered dishes with shrimp. The shrimp were extremely overcooked. The rice tasted like Uncle Ben's instant white rice. Both dishes were greasy. Try DJ's Chinese Restaurant in Fort Myers for authentic delicious Chinese cuisine and Dim Sum.

The ambiance is much nicer than buffet places. The service over the years has been good. The food is always tasty, but whether you like it or not could depend on what you order. I ordered a lo mein that was not what I expected, and I thought the hot and sour soup was bland, but now that I rotate between the mushu (all are good but I prefer the pork) and bourbon chicken combo plate, I'm always happy! Hubby likes the orange chicken, lemon chicken and egg fuyung. Love the fried rice and egg rolls. We normally takeout, but we still get the fortune cookies. Yes, prices have gone up, but that's understandable. Chen's is worth it, and they are a cut above the other Chinese restaurants we've tried in the Cape.

We LOVE Chen’s!! Jenny is amazing. She remembers us and our kids and our kids love her so much. My two year old calls Jenny his girlfriend haha. We went here 1/31 for my daughter’s birthday dinner and Jenny gave her and my son an ice cream and candle. All the other staff are very attentive and kind as well. We feel loved and important here. The food is so good too! My personal favorites are the chicken lo mein, wonton and egg drop soups, and honey garlic chickenKid-friendliness: Good kid menu options, friendly staff that loves kids

The Boba is a little greasy and the hot and sour soup. The service is slow like turtle slow. I prder a boneless pork ribs with pork fried rice. Fried rice doesn't have pork it looks like white rice is mix with soysauce and call it fried rice. Portion was small but the meat is more than the rice being small for a dinner size. When I left I felt a little nausea and wanting to throw up not sure if they are re using same stuff like some of the chineese resturant. Very disappointed. THIS is real review and experience ..

This place was so-so. Some items were fine but other things were not good. The hot mustard tasted like regular mustard but with a bit more kick, definitely not like your traditional hot mustard. The lemon chicken tasted like fish, obviously fried in the same oil. Some of the other things were good and I would give it another try.

We had an ok meal here, though honestly, not nearly as good as we remembered from before COVID. New ownership? Our waitress never smiled, and didn't seem particularly welcoming.
